Dr. Rachanaa has had varied hands-on, bottom-up professional experience of over 24 years in the field – both in the Corporate and Academic World. Her exposure has been in both domestic and international professional environments.  She has developed a number of training modules and workshops as well as learning and study material which caters to various needs of Industry, Educators and Students on varied topics ranging from Soft skills, Finance, HR, Marketing, Corporate communication and many more. She is passionate about writing on various topics which are addressed towards the Self-improvement of individuals, financial freedom and spreading awareness for Ancient Indian Management Styles which are regularly published in best circulated newspapers. According to her, “Teaching and training should be based on realities with a more practical approach as this approach helps the individuals in life and workplace”.
